Grip Innovators ships worldwide. Our carrier is DPD, but in certain countries DPD may hand off delivery of your order to a different carrier.

Delivery times

We try to complete and ship each order within 24 hours of you placing the order. In places where we can offer 1-day delivery (mainly Western Europe) you can expect your order as soon as within 48 hours after placing it. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, it may take several days for your order to arrive, based on your location, customs delays and other factors we have no control over. If you feel it takes too long for your order to arrive, please contact us using one of the contact means available.

Shipping costs

We ship for free worldwide for orders over € 50, for smaller orders, we charge a small flat fee of €4.90 (worldwide). Cost of returns is not covered.
